1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Global Backlink Agency's marketplace, placing an order, or listing a website as a publisher, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Global Backlink Agency operates a marketplace connecting buyers with publisher websites for:

• Guest posting and sponsored content placements
• Link building services
• Press release writing and distribution

We facilitate the connection and manage the order process; publishers retain full editorial control over their own websites.

3. Placing an Order

• Orders are placed by selecting a website from the marketplace and submitting your target URL, anchor text, and article (or requesting one from our writers).
• All content submitted must be original, legal, and non-plagiarized. We reserve the right to reject content that violates a publisher's guidelines or our content policy.
• Turnaround times shown on each listing are estimates and may vary depending on the publisher's schedule.
• DA, DR, traffic and other metrics displayed are checked periodically but may fluctuate between checks, as they depend on third-party tools outside our control.

4. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of ordering, through one of our accepted payment methods (Bank Transfer, Wise, Payoneer, Binance Pay, Stripe, PayPal, or manual arrangement).
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• A flat 10% platform commission applies to publisher payouts; buyer-facing prices already include this and require no additional fees.

5. Refunds & Order Issues

• If a publisher is unable to fulfil your order, you will be offered a full refund or a comparable alternative website at no extra cost.
• Once an article is published live on the publisher's website, the order is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable, except where the publication does not match what was agreed at checkout.
• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or SEO outcomes resulting from any order — search engine results depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Publisher Terms

• Publishers submitting a website for listing confirm they own or have authorization to publish content on that website.
• Website metrics submitted (DA, DR, traffic, pricing) must be accurate. Listings found to be misrepresented may be removed without notice.
• Publishers agree to publish accepted orders within the turnaround time stated on their listing.
• Payouts are processed after an order is marked completed, minus our flat 10% commission.

7. Prohibited Content

We do not accept orders involving:

• Adult, gambling, or pharmaceutical content, unless explicitly permitted by a specific listing
• Illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing material
• Content designed to deceive, scam, or mislead readers

8. Limitation of Liability

Global Backlink Agency acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and publishers. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including changes in search rankings, traffic, or third-party platform policies. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our marketplace for buyers or publishers who violate these terms, submit fraudulent information, or engage in abusive behaviour toward our team or other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our marketplace after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication with our support team before pursuing other remedies.
